"THE BEING LEADER" DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

• IT IS AN EXPERIENTIAL AND NOT CONTENT DRIVEN LEADERSHIP TRAINING WORKSHOP.  This is a fully engaging 1-day leadership development workshop designed for 4 to 6 participants and we hold a safe space for deep learning and sharing among everyone, while challenging the limits of their leadership knowledge
• This tested leadership development workshop will expand and elevate the mainly conventional and modern scientific mode of knowing about leadership today. Learn how you could shift to another level of leadership knowing (or consciousness) that helps you to authentically design and shape new reality and creative patterns of possibilities or potential that benefit all.
• It demystifies the process of leadership consciousness and relate it to your top-most or most pressing leadership challenges you are facing today and in future at work. It heightens your awareness to understand and access the full scope of leadership consciousness pathway, while keenly aware of the sustainable results to be created.
• Includes a unique online Professional Human Potential survey with a comprehensive report giving you a wealth of your Human Potential realisation metrics (29 of them).
